Nomadic by nature, and as a qualified geologist, Jeremy wandered into the Himalaya in 1987, teaching himself documentary photography. He has since worked in over 100 countries, over the last three decades, producing nine books, including Living Incas and The Life of Colombia. He is a Thames & Hudson author of Island Dreams: Mediterranean, accompanied by his photography. Jeremy has produced books by Royal Commission for HM The Sultan of Brunei and Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. He was on the teams of Discovering Ecuador and Thailand: 9 days in the Kingdom, and his latest book, Nirvana - The Spread of Buddhism through Asia, won a prestigious Benjamin Franklin Medal. In 2018, Photoshelter named him one of the world's five top travel photographers.
